About Us

Ken is a Group IT Director for a Frozen Food Retailer.

 

​Ken used to run 2 charities before COVID struck, providing gifts to underprivileged children  at Christmas (via Surestart) and also assisting Trident (Erewash) by obtaining household goods to help ease abused families moving into emergency accommodation.

Su is a Senior HR Specialist for a leading independent technology and services provider.

​

Su has many years experience working with Special Needs children and also a local Food Bank.

​

Abbie works for the Nottingham NHS Trust as an Outpatients Co-ordinator (Gastroentology).

​

Abbie-Joy is a book worm, and gained her Upper Second-Class Honours at Lincoln University in 2018. Abbie has gained lots of experience with decision making and client consideration within her professional life which is invaluable for the charity.

Josie works as a Health & Social Care Assistant for a Residential home. 

​

Josie has many years experience in client care, decision making and social media and is behind all the posts you will find about our work Facebook, Instagram and X (formally Twitter).

Jacqui works as a Head of Care for a Residential home.

​

Jacqui has an extensive management knowledge including over 30 years of professional care.

​

Jacqui is very good in meetings, gathering information and ensuring guidelines are adhered to in all activities in both her professional life, and for the charity.

Percy is our beloved mascot. He will be here, there and everywhere, telling you about what is happening with the charity, good news stories, announcements and anything else that is important.

Percy wants us to tell you all that it isnt the Trustees who do the work for this charity, its Percy!!
