Contact us, providing your name, address and contact details
We discuss your case with the trust at the next general meeting (meetings held monthly unless of an emergency situation).
We contact you and if your request is accepted by the trust, we will arrange to meet with you to discuss your case in more detail and also obtain any specific requirements.
We take the information to the trust and arrange a focused charitable drive through both our suppliers and social media for the items requested.
We collect all donations and log all activities on our logs to allow full visibility to the Charity Commission. All items are booked in and out and packaged ready for delivery.
We arrange a suitable time and place to meet with you and hand over the gifts. The gifts should be checked by yourselves and all relevant paperwork signed before handover.
Your case is closed and all paperwork filed securely. All paperwork is kept according to GDPR rules.
